Me

I grew up in Norwich, UK, on a council estate, where my early years were shaped by the warmth and wisdom of my grandparents. My relationship with my mum was challenging, and my dad was absent, which made my grandparents' support all the more vital. Despite these early challenges, I found joy and success in school, which became a sanctuary for me. My dedication to learning paid off when I earned a scholarship to study at our city's prestigious private cathedral school.

This opportunity opened doors I never imagined. It led me to live in London and then St. Petersburg, Russia, where I worked as an English teacher and studied music at the Conservatoire. The experience was transformative, broadening my horizons and fuelling my passion for languages, culture and people. I returned to London to pursue further studies in languages and literature at university.

My journey then took me to Senegal, West Africa, where I founded an NGO dedicated to working with local grassroots groups helping trafficked children. After a couple of years, I returned to the UK, where I channelled my passion for helping others into working for various local, national, and international charities. During this period, I also founded and ran a farm education business for ten years. Professionally and financially, I felt accomplished and fulfilled, with a beautiful home and engaged to the love of my life.

However, as I approached my mid-thirties, a series of life-changing events began to unfold. My partner embarked on a transgender journey, a revelation that, while fully supported by me, meant the end of our romantic relationship and family dreams. This profound change turned my world upside down. As I continued to build my business and supporting those around me, I didn't realise how vulnerable I had become.

Unexpectedly, despite being thirty four years old, highly educated, travelled and pretty successful, I fell into an abusive relationship and quickly found myself pregnant. Amidst these personal struggles, I faced the death of my soul mate and twin flame, and the unprecedented challenges of pandemic lockdowns. In a short space of time, I experienced profound and traumatic grief, the collapse of my business,  the threat of homelessness, all as I became a mother. Trapped with a controlling person, and trapped inside my own experience, my whole world turned upside down at what should have been the happiest time in my life. I had to dive deep into what had led me here in order to recover and heal, be the mother I'd dreamed of being, and truly achieve success in all areas of my life.

I journeyed inward, studied, and reflected deeply. I believed I was broken, that I didn't matter anymore, that I was beyond healing and being loved. Those few years were the lowest point in my life. But somehow, there was a fierce desire to overcome what felt impossible to overcome; I would be a whole and healed mother for my daughter, and then I would start to be a whole and healed person for myself.

I found a way to transform everything, and I stepped back up into a success I never dreamed possible. My self-worth, friendships, relationships, inner voice, business decisions, and most especially how I parented and looked after myself — everything changed.

Now, because of that journey, I run my most successful business yet, serving more incredible people who have come through to the other side of a major life event. In addition to this vast experience, I have also invested tens of thousands of pounds and hours into my own education, development and growth.

My mission is to work with others who are determined to step back into their success. I help people to build their businesses to heights never before even considered possible, and to bask in a deep sense of gratitude, belonging and happiness within themselves, creating and deepening the relationships they've always longed for.

Deep coaching and exploration, through any of my programmes, means showing up together, inspiring new ideas, understandings, levels of awareness and success.

Finding just one thread, one thought, one pattern, can change your universe in a heartbeat, forever. It did for me, and it can for you.
